Cancellations

For appointment cancellations or rescheduling, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hour notice. Failure to provide notice will result in a fee.

Missed Appointments

Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-shows will be required to pay 50% of the service cost . Please understand that by cancelling outside of this 24-hour window, you deprive us of the opportunity to accommodate other clients.

If you miss your ‘Classic Short Cut’ appointment ($50), you will be charged $25
